Centria is a retired Sergeant of the Maryland Army National Guard serving for 2 years as a mental health specialist, and 18 years as a truck driver. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for more than 10 years with a private massage practice, and as a former teacher at the Baltimore School of Massage in Linthicum, MD. She is also the owner of At Ease Wellness and Resource Center and a contracted Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant at Silver Wellness Center in Windsor Mill. She practices Lymphatic, Swedish, Deep tissue and Reflexology. She is also certified in Cranial Sacral and hot stone. Her mission is to provide resources and referrals that will assist individuals in meeting their physical, emotional, spiritual and fiscal goals.

Ruben has been a Massage Therapist since 2013. He earned his Associate degree in Audiovisual Communications at University Of Puerto Rico in 1993 and degree in Massage Therapy at Graduated Baltimore School of Massage in 2012. He had experienced massage practice at Be Relax and Pure Integrative Wellness Center in Baltimore. His foundational type of massage is Swedish Massage and he practices various Bodywork Modalities including Shiatsu, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Structure and Movement Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. He is certified in Kinesiology of Shoulder Girdle and Fibromyalgia. He is passionate to provide professional therapeutic massage and integrative holistic health services to clients of all ages on a consistent and ongoing basis.
